Cancellation & Refund Policy (Group Field Workshops)

Effective March 1, 2025.

We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and while no one wants to miss a photography experience of a lifetime, we recognize that plans sometimes change. Below is our cancellation and refund policy:

  • All cancellations are subject to a minimum $150 service charge.

  • Refund eligibility depends on the timing of your cancellation relative to the workshop start date, as outlined below.

Cancellation & Refund Schedule:

  • 60 Days or More: If you cancel at least 60 days before the workshop start date, you will receive a refund of your tuition minus a $150 service charge and any non-refundable deposits, if applicable. Alternatively, you may choose to transfer your payment to another workshop or receive a credit for a future workshop.

  • 30-59 Days: For cancellations made between 30 and 59 days before the workshop start date, a refund of your tuition (minus the $150 service charge and any non-refundable deposits) will only be issued if your spot is successfully filled by another participant. If your spot is not filled, you will receive a 50% refund of your tuition paid.

  • Less than 30 Days: Cancellations made within 30 days of the workshop start date are not eligible for a refund.

We strongly encourage participants to consider trip insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances. If you have any questions regarding this policy, please reach out before registering.
