What are your goals for this workshop? What would make it a success?

This workshop will involve strenuous hiking (for reference, the longest possible hike, Sahale Arm Trail, is 10-plus miles and 3000-4000 feet of elevation gain round trip). Moreover, while foot travel will be on non-technical trails, the trails may be rough and uneven at times and the surrounding terrain may be exposed, steep slopes, potentially difficult for those with fear of heights. Please confirm your physical ability, comfort, and conditioning for this type of activity and terrain. We appreciate your honesty in sharing and confirming this, as it is essential for ensuring both your safety and the safety of the group, and a successful workshop for all involved.
